O secretário-adjunto da Secretaria Nacional de Juventude, Danilo Moreira e o secretário nacional adjunto da juventude da União Geral dos Trabalhadores, João Marcos Vidal, foram eleitos respectivamente para a presidência e vice-presidência do Conselho Nacional de Juventude (Conjuve). Eles foram indicados por aclamação pelo Pleno do Conselho para o próximo biênio, na última terça-feira (09/03), durante encontro dos conselheiros, em Brasília.
Além dos presidentes, os conselheiros elegeram também os representantes das quatro comissões que compõem o Conselho. O regimento do Conjuve estabelece que deva haver uma alternância nos mandatos de presidente e vice-presidente, assim, neste mandato (2010/2011), a presidência ficará com um representante do governo e, a vice-presidência, com a sociedade civil. A posse dos eleitos acontece nesta quarta-feira (10/03).
O ex-presidente do Conjuve, David Barros, ao fazer um balanço de sua gestão, afirmou que durante seu mandato procurou estreitar o relacionamento com os conselheiros estaduais e municipais e dinamizar a relação entre o parlamento com os gestores e movimentos sociais.
Ele acredita que os principais desafios da próxima gestão serão inserir na agenda eleitoral a pauta das políticas públicas de juventude e manter as conquistas junto ao novo presidente. “Tenho convicção que o Conjuve estará muito bem representado para o próximo biênio e que os novos dirigentes muito farão pela juventude”, comentou.
O presidente recém eleito, Danilo Moreira, concorda que o principal desafio é a transição com a eleição da Presidência da República. Ele espera que o Conjuve seja um agente agregador no processo de garantir a permanência e fortalecer a pauta da juventude junto ao novo presidente eleito.
Já o vice-presidente, João Vidal, tem a perspectiva de fazer o Conjuve chegar ao conhecimento de o maior número possível de jovens e entidades que defendam a pauta juvenil. Além de trabalhar na construção da pauta para a 2 Conferência Nacional de Juventude.
Comissões
Os oito representantes das quatro comissões que compõem o Conjuve foram também eleitos, nesta terça-feira (09/03), e apresentaram algumas metas para o próximo biênio. A Comissão de Acompanhamento do Parlamento terá como titulares os conselheiros Marcela Rodrigues e Murilo Amatneeks. Na pauta a discussão da PEC e do Estatuto da Juventude com parlamentares.
A Comissão de Comunicação tem na titularidade os conselheiros Daniella Rocha e Mano Oxi. As prioridades num primeiro momento são reformular o site, o boletim e o clipping do Conjuve. A Comissão de Políticas e Programas tem à frente os conselheiros Félix Aureliano e Josbertini Clementino. Na pauta o fortalecimento das políticas públicas de juventude e avaliação e monitoramento das PPJs.
